Thanks for an excellent post, Flew. I particularly enjoyed "Bob" in the comments on Orcinus' post; there's a seriously deranged person. I note that, not to belittle or dismiss him, but because deranged is dangerous.
Me, I'd like to see countries with a Bill of Rights start adding a corresponding Bill of Responsibilities, e.g., "Every citizen has the right to freedom of expression, which shall not be infringed. They also have the responsibility to answer for how they exercise that right."
